I am a Special Education Teacher in a special needs school in New York City. I work with students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th who have autism or other special needs. I teach my students technology, digital citizenship, typing, and coding. I consider myself a lifetime learner and a technology lover. I have come to love Augmented Reality and have learned how to incorporate it into my lessons through taking part in #AR4Learning and Google+ educational chats. I am also a wife, a mom to a 19 year old young man, a slave to a spoiled rotten tuxedo kitty, and a breast cancer survivor.

CLASSROOM MOTTO:
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you will land among the stars!
PROUDEST MOMENT OF YOUR EDUCATION CAREER:
The proudest moments in my educational career include helping an autistic student take part in a school assembly using his communication device, and when a prior student returned to thank me for my help as his teacher. This student gave me a big hug and brought me to tears of joy! I will never forget these moments!
WHY DID YOU WANT TO BECOME A BUNCEE AMBASSADOR?
I want to be a Buncee Ambassador because I really think Buncee is great! I enjoy using it; it’s easy and fun! More importantly, my students love it, too! I look forward to spreading the word about Buncee to my school and district!
