ABOUT AMBASSADOR RACHEL:
Rachel Hoopes is a 5th grade teacher at Meadowlark Elementary in Andover, Kansas, and currently in her 15th year of teaching. Her dedication to providing engaging and influential instruction to her students motivates her love for technology and encourages her to pursue new tools and explore her creativity!
